Why This Exists
Monitoring scaled. Responsiveness did not.
AI-native systems increasingly mediate decisions, but most infrastructure still treats biology as data to collect rather than state to respect. FHRA is building the missing layer: responsiveness under consent, custody, and timing constraints.

The Epiphany
Rainer Buchhoecker identifies the missing layer in modern human-technology systems: Neural Sovereignty, BioIntelligence, and biological responsiveness beyond reactive computing.
2023 - Discovery
Mathematical Breakthrough
The Gabor Kernel and harmonic wavelet foundations make it possible to interpret complex brain data through localized time-frequency analysis.
Early 2025 - Proof of Concept
Local Prototype Finalized
The first in-house FHRA prototype is completed locally, validating a private, edge-first architecture for biological signal interpretation.
Late 2025 - Institutionalization
FHRA FlexCo Founded
FHRA is incorporated as an Austrian FlexCo and the founding structure is formalized around Rainer and the three co-founders.
January 2026 - Foundation
Ethics by Design
Recognizing that future human technologies require ethical governance from day one, Rainer appoints Stefanie as FHRA's first Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer.
March 2026 - Partnership
BrainBit Joins the FHRA Ecosystem
Following a live demonstration of the FHRA prototype, BrainBit CEO Boris Goldstein validated the technology and immediately recognized its potential, establishing BrainBit as FHRA's first official hardware partner.
