About FHRA
Architecting Neural Sovereignty.
FHRA exists to establish Biological Responsiveness Infrastructure for a human-centered AI-native world - locally, privately, and under custody boundaries.

Why This Exists
Monitoring scaled. Responsiveness did not.
AI-native systems increasingly mediate decisions, but most infrastructure still treats biology as data to collect rather than state to respect. FHRA is building the missing layer: responsiveness under consent, custody, and timing constraints.

The Architecture of FHRA
From the first insight on Neural Sovereignty to the ecosystem now shaping Biological Responsiveness Infrastructure.
The Epiphany
Rainer Buchhoecker identifies the missing layer in modern human-technology systems: Neural Sovereignty, BioIntelligence, and biological responsiveness beyond reactive computing.
Mathematical Breakthrough
The Gabor Kernel and harmonic wavelet foundations make it possible to interpret complex brain data through localized time-frequency analysis.
Local Prototype Finalized
The first in-house FHRA prototype is completed locally, validating a private, edge-first architecture for biological signal interpretation.
FHRA FlexCo Founded
FHRA is incorporated as an Austrian FlexCo and the founding structure is formalized around Rainer and the three co-founders.
Ethics by Design
Recognizing that future human technologies require ethical governance from day one, Rainer appoints Stefanie as FHRA's first Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer.
BrainBit Joins the FHRA Ecosystem
Following a live demonstration of the FHRA prototype, BrainBit CEO Boris Goldstein validated the technology and immediately recognized its potential, establishing BrainBit as FHRA's first official hardware partner.
NuHAG Joins the FHRA Ecosystem
FHRA establishes its scientific foundation through a strategic partnership with NuHAG, bringing world-leading expertise in harmonic analysis and time-frequency mathematics into the heart of the FHRA ecosystem.
Strategy Meets Architecture
With the technology validated, the company established, and its first ecosystem partners secured, Refael Bitan joins FHRA as Chief Strategy Officer and third co-founder to transform scientific innovation into a global institution.
Riddle&Code Joins the FHRA Ecosystem
FHRA partners with Riddle&Code to establish the trust, privacy and decentralized infrastructure layer required for the future of Biological Responsiveness Infrastructure.
SEED ROUND
FHRA is currently operating in a restricted private deployment phase. The upcoming chapter initiates institutional capital activation for ecosystem expansion.
